Terms of Service
1. The service
XinConnect, operated by Talent Reform Consulting Sdn. Bhd. (“we”), lets a business publish content to social media accounts it controls and manage replies to comments and messages received on those accounts.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including messages sent by automation you configure.
3. Accounts you connect
You may only connect social media accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You confirm you have the right to grant us access, and you may disconnect at any time.
4. YouTube
XinConnect uses YouTube API Services. By using XinConnect to connect a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms, in addition to these terms.
We will not reply to comments on your channel automatically unless you have given us your specific, express permission for that channel, which you can withdraw at any time inside XinConnect. What we store from a connected channel, how long we keep it, and how to revoke our access at Google are set out in our Privacy Policy.
5. Your content and your customers' data
You keep ownership of the content you upload and of your customers' data. You grant us the limited right to process it in order to provide the service. You are the data controller for your customers' personal data and are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it, including any consent required before sending messages.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- send unsolicited messages to people who have not consented to receive them;
- upload contact lists obtained without permission;
- impersonate another person or business;
- publish unlawful, deceptive or harmful content; or
- breach the terms of any connected platform, including those of Meta, TikTok and Google.
We may suspend an account that puts our platform access at risk. A breach of a social platform's rules can result in that platform restricting your account, which is outside our control.
7. Automated replies
Automated replies are generated from information you supply. You are responsible for keeping that information accurate, and for reviewing the automation you enable. We are not liable for the content of a reply generated from inaccurate or out-of-date information you provided.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Social platforms may change or withdraw their interfaces at any time, which may remove features.
9. Fees

10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. On closure we delete or return your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. Liability

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
